Rang‑e‑Rooh starts with cool aquatic and citrus freshness, unfolds into a sweet, candy‑like floral heart, and finishes with a soft musky‑warm trail — fresh, calm and ideal for day wear, office and casual outings.

Together, they offer a versatile duo: one deep and luxurious, the other light and refreshing.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship to all of Pakistan. Orders are divided into two categories:

• Karachi
• All Over Pakistan (all cities and areas outside Karachi)

2. Delivery Time

• Karachi:Delivery time: 1 to 2 working daysWorking days exclude Sundays, and public holidays.
• All Over Pakistan:Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days Working days exclude Sundays, and public holidays.

In case of any delay due to courier company reasons (e.g., weather, strikes, security issues, etc.), we will try to keep the customer updated, but the final delivery time is subject to the courier company’s operations.

3. Shipping Charges

• Karachi:Shipping cost: PKR 250 per order
• All Over Pakistan:Shipping cost: PKR 350 per order

If we run any free‑shipping offers or promotions in the future, details will be mentioned separately on the product page or banner.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1 working day (public holidays excluded).
• Delivery time is counted after the order is dispatched, not from the day the order is placed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

At Khizam, we want every order to arrive in excellent condition. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

If a return is approved, it must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement according to the case. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method.
